About Our CEO

Greetings Everyone,

Thank you for your interest in our foundation.  My name is Tameka Morrison and I am the CEO of Changin' Hearts Foundation, as well as, the mother of our founder, Chasidy "Chattbox" Adams. Chatt, as I called her, was my first child and was an only child for the first 5 years of her life.  She was my "Bonnie" and I was her "Clyde". Chasidy loved to be the center of attention and always found a way to MC any family gathering.  As she began to mature, she exhibited that same behavior and began her pursuit to a career in mass communications. She loved the spotlight and had a smile that could light up the world.  She had an old soul and a calming spirit. 

My most favorable memory of Chatt was on my birthday in 2014.  I have always encouraged my children to personalize the words of a card that they give and not just give a pre-written card as a gift.  That year, Chasidy personalized the most beautiful birthday card for me.  As I read the card, I paid attention to the look on her face when I began to cry tears of joy.  You see, my children thought that I was hard to please, and Chatt proved to them that it's the little things that make my day. She was happy that she finally got it right! 

I hold an MBA in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting and bring over 20 years of public service and professional experience to the team. My aspirations for this foundation is to carry on my daughter's purpose by making the lives of children like her brighter, in hopes that they too will live their dreams.
