What We Do
Every Holiday season and during various other times throughout the year, Changin' Hearts supports families that are spending their time in the hospital by providing meal services, care baskets community support to make their time easier.
Meal Services
Being in the hospital during the holidays can be a very isolating experience. We provide catered holiday dinners and meals as well as a space for heart families to decompress and connect with each other.
Care Baskets
We enjoy putting together care baskets full of items such as a blankets, stationary, art supplies, heart healthy snacks, books, gift cards and more! It is important to us to provide items to promote self care to our families and make sure that each member feels supported and taken care of.
