Changin' Hearts Foundation, Inc. is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of our visitors. It is our normal practice to use all personal information provided to our foundation in a responsible manner as well as to treat that information extremely confidential. We strive to consistently achieve both of these objectives.
To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. What Information do we collect?
Changin' Hearts Foundation collects information in two different ways. The first is information gathered from applicants. This information includes name, address, phone and email, school records, and medical release. This information is used to determine eligibility of scholarship and/or rewards and is only viewed by the CHF awards committee.
How do we use information?
We use return email addresses to answer any emails that we receive and to respond to applicants. Changin' Hearts Foundation does not, sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We may, however, release personally identifying information when necessary to comply with state and federal laws. In such a case, we will do our best to notify you of any such release by contacting you through e-mail or by letter.
Updates to the Privacy Policy
We are sensitive to user privacy issues and recognize the need to update this policy as new features and services are offered.
